Project 2

Here is a link to my website that explains my project…

To give you a brief summary, my project is about exploring a possibly to make a concrete profit by having artists auction themselves. Please read the information on my website to get more of an idea.

At first my intentions was to do a bidding on E bay, but as I was creating an account, it required personal information such as my address and phone number so I decided to take a different route and used Craigs list. Honestly, it was my first time ever posting but thought it would be a good place to start.

So far, I haven’t got an messages from interested customers, but I will definitely keep you updated.

Side Note: I would like to say thank you to Kevin, we were discussing about our individual projects and he mentioned about Craigs List and I decided to give it a try as well since E Bay did not work out for me.

I was scrolling through fiverr and found this add saying they would make a spooky Halloween song if I gave them my friend’s name, greatest fear, and $10.

I gave them my friend Garrett’s name and his greatest fear; dieing alone.

The version she originally sent said “he’s gonna die alone at midnight” but I thought it would be funnier if she didn’t specify a time, so she made me the song on my website (I’d have to upgrade my wordpress plan to add audio on here). After she sent me the new song, I sent her a message thanking her for the awesome work. She responded by saying “No problem. btw, your friend has some really intense fears.” So I responded with “Your song kindof sounds like inspector gadget.”

After receiving the song from fiverr, I sent the song to Garrett via imessage, facebook messenger, and google hangouts every hour on the hour for 7 straight hours. After the 7th hour, he asked me what it would take for me to stop sending him that, so I asked him to give me $15.

Overall, I made $5 on this project
